To ensure a smooth experience for both guests and staff, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Without adequate notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the card or gift certificate on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
All retreats and groups include an automatic 20% gratuity added at checkout.
A single guest receiving three or more services in one day is considered a retreat. Guests visiting with three or more people are considered a group.
