Retreats and Groups

To best accommodate all guests and staff a 48 hours notice is required for any rescheduling or canceling. In the absence of adequate notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card or gift card/certificate used to secure the appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Any retreat or group will have an added 20% gratuity added to their total at checkout.

*Guests coming in with 3 or more in their party are considered a group.
