RESERVATIONS
To hold a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift card or cash payment. We will not charge your card unless you miss your appointment as per our cancellation policy.
All guests must check out with our reception staff before leaving. Failing to do so will result in your card on file being charged for services rendered with an additional 20% gratuity.
CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, AND RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Life can be busy and full of the unexpected. Should your plans change, out of courtesy to our guests & staff, our policy requires 24 hour notice to cancel, modify, or reschedule your appointment to avoid a penalty. Retreats or group functions require 48 hours. Appointments booked within these time frames are subject to this policy. Please be aware of weather and road conditions and plan your visit accordingly.
WITHIN 48 HOURS: Groups of three or more, or guests receiving retreats who cancel, modify, or reschedule within 48 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the full-service price booked.
WITHIN 24 HOURS: Guests who cancel, modify, or reschedule within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the full-service price booked.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes before your appointment. This will provide enough time to fill out any needed paperwork and change into a robe and slippers provided prior to your treatment.
LATE ARRIVALS: Arriving late deprives you of your valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next guest. Adjustments will be made, if scheduling allows, to accommodate as much service time as possible.
NO SHOW: Guests who do not show, or do not call, will be charged 100% of the full-service price booked.
WRONG LOCATION
Guests that arrive at a different location than where their appointment is booked will be charged 50% of the full-service price booked if they are unable or unwilling to go to the correct location regardless of whether or not we are able to accommodate the guest for services at the new location.
EXPECTANT MOTHERS
For your safety, we do not perform any Bath or Body Rituals that use extra heat or steam on expectant mothers.
UNDERAGE POLICY
In order to ensure a safe, relaxing environment for all of our guests, we ask that our guests abide by the following policies:
For the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, children under the age of 10 are not permitted to accompany an adult during a service or to the meditation room and must be accompanied with an adult while in our reception area.
Anyone under the age of 18 receiving services must have a parent or guardian sign a Parental Consent Form prior to receiving services.
All guests must keep all conversations to a whisper, as not to disrupt our other guests.
GRATUITY POLICY
Gratuities based on 18% to 22% of the regular treatment price are customary, but we always respect your tipping decisions.
All groups and retreats will have an automatic 20% gratuity added at checkout, gratuity is based on full menu price.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Services: We want you to love your service. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact our Spa Directors to discuss your experience.
Products: Retail products must be returned for in-store credit only within 90-days of purchase and no more than ¼ of the product has been used. Jane Iredale makeup products, Humble Deodorant, and perishable food items are all final sale.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable. You are welcome to use them at any of our locations and they never expire. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please treat them like cash.
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Sego Lily Gift Cards.
We DO NOT accept checks or Spa Finder Gift Cards.
INTAKE FORMS
To save time and make the most of your visit, we encourage you to fill out intake forms before you arrive. Please print and fill out the form(s) that apply to your service(s) and bring them to the front desk staff upon arrival.
CELL PHONES
We want to create an atmosphere that allows all our guests to escape from the world outside. In consideration of others, please refrain from talking on your cell phone inside the spa. All cell phones must be in silent mode or turned off and placed in the provided locker.
VALUABLES
We cannot be responsible for any valuables brought into the spa, even those left in our lockers. We recommend that you keep your valuables with you at all times or leave them at home.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND ALLERGIES
When scheduling your treatment, please let us know if you have any physical ailments, medical conditions, or allergies. Our providers should also be notified if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or any other medical condition. Our staff will personalize your treatment to meet any special needs or accommodations you may require. We cannot work on guests with open wounds, abrasions, or other skin conditions. If you have any questions about a spa treatment and your health, please consult a doctor.

Dress for your comfort, upon arrival you will receive a luxurious robe and sandals for your use while relaxing in our meditation room prior to your treatment. Our Service Providers are well trained in draping techniques to ensure your comfort and modesty during treatments.
If I’m late, what happens? Do you cancel my appointment?
Arriving late cuts down on your valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next client. For waxing treatments (other than an eyebrow wax/tweeze), we are usually able to accommodate an arrival of up to five minutes late, and will complete the service as much as possible with the allotted time that is left. For all other services, for arrivals up to 15 minutes after the appointment start time, the service will be accommodated as much as possible with the time that is left. We will always accommodate as much of the appointment time as your late arrival allows.
I’m curious about getting a peel
Peels can have a transformative effect on your skin, but need the right preparation. If you are interested in receiving a peel, please call to set up your initial skin analysis/consultation with one of our licensed skin care professionals prior to reserving a time for your peel. This analysis will ensure whether or not you are a candidate for the peel process. **Advanced peels must be booked at least 2 weeks after any facial or waxing treatment.

The Personal Data we collect directly from you includes identifiers, contact information, professional or employment-related information, commercial information, and internet activity information. We collect such information in the following situations:
- If you use our “Contact Us” option on the website; request a demo; sign up for an event, webinar or contest; sign up for a referral program; download certain content such as eBook, case study; enter information in the landing pages used by Marketing teams; use our “Ordering Device” section on the website, we may require that you provide to us your contact information, such as your first name, last name , full name, email, phone, location, country, business name and shipping address.
- If you interact with our websites or emails, we automatically collect information about your device and your usage of our websites or emails (such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or other identifiers, which may qualify as Personal Data using cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies.
- If you use and interact with our services, we automatically collect information about your device and your usage of our services through log files and other technologies, some of which may qualify as Personal Data.
- If you communicate with us via a phone call from us, we may record that call.
- If you voluntarily submit certain information to our services, such as filling out a survey about your user experience, we collect the information you have provided as part of that request.
- If you apply directly through the Zenoti online recruitment system and careers page, we collect identifiers (including personal and contact details), professional and employment related information (including the information contained in your resume or CV), educational information, and personal characteristics (where the collection of such data is allowed by law).
If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to other individuals, you represent that you have the authority to do so, and where required, have obtained the necessary consent, and acknowledge that it may be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you believe that your Personal Data has been provided to us improperly or want to exercise your rights relating to your Personal Data, please contact us by using the information in the “Contact us” section below.
We also collect information about you from other sources including third parties and from publicly available information. We may combine this information with Personal Data provided by you. This helps us update, expand, and analyze our records and create more tailored advertising to provide services that may be of interest to you.

Subscriber Data
Some of our services include processing of data, including the Personal Data of Guests, on behalf of our Subscribers in relation to applications, tools, or software that we provide. The Personal Data we collect and process on behalf of our Subscribers may include the following:
- Demographic & Identity Data: We may collect personal data of the Guest (our Subscriber’s guest or customer) such as first name, last name, email, address, contact number, gender, date of birth, photograph, signature, gift card recipient name, gift card recipient address. Additionally, location & device id, are also collected when using mobile apps.
- Financial Data: Data collected from the Guest may include name on the card, last 4 digits of the card number, card expiry date, card scheme, card token no. CVV information is also collected but not stored at our end but shared with the payment processor.
- Health and Fitness Data: Data collected from the guest may include patient medical history, skin related details, weight, allergies, medical test reports, photographs of health condition, signatures of patient, signatures of doctor, and any other custom information that may be necessary to be collected for the patient’s treatment.
- Employee Information: We may collect personal data of the Employee (our Subscriber’s employees, advisors, contractors, agents, consultants, or others acting on behalf of the Subscriber) such as first name, last name, email, address, contact number, gender, date of birth, photograph, signature. Additionally, location, device id and IP addresses, are also collected when using mobile apps.
Save for the limited circumstances set out in this Privacy Policy, we are not the data controller of this information as we do not determine the purposes or the means of the processing.
What is the basis of collecting and processing Your Personal Data?
We collect and process your Personal Data by relying on one or more of the following bases:
- The processing is necessary for the purpose of performance of the contract we have with you OR our Subscribers on whose behalf we are serving you.
- You have explicitly agreed to/consented to us processing your Personal Data for a specific purpose.
- The processing is necessary for purposes of informing, promoting, and selling our services to you.
- The processing is necessary for Purposes of Employment that you may seek with us.

If we need to collect and process Personal Data by law, or under a contract we have entered into with you, and you fail to provide the required Personal Data when requested, we may not be able to perform our contract with you.
With whom your Personal Data may be shared?
We DO NOT SELL your personal data.
We share your information only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy, and only with parties who adopt appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We may share your Personal Data with the following for the purposes and pursuant to the legal bases described above:

- Sub-processors: We may use third parties listed here https://www.zenoti.com/trust/sub-processors in the provision of our products and services to you. We may share your Personal Data with such third parties. Vendors of such third parties / sub-processors may also have access to your information.
- Third Parties Involved in a Corporate Transaction: If Zenoti becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all its assets, then, in accordance with applicable laws, Zenoti will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any transfer of Personal Data to an unaffiliated third party.S
- Subscribers With Whom You Are Affiliated: If you use our services as an authorized user, we may share your Personal Data with your affiliated Subscriber responsible for your access to the services to the extent this is necessary for verifying accounts and activity, investigating suspicious activity, or enforcing our terms and policies.
- Zenoti may share with third-parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal data, such as but not limited to the number of users who clicked on an advertisement on the Site, the number of users that clicked on any page within the Site or aggregated business performance data across a geographical region.
- We may also share your personal data with Law enforcement authorities, government authorities, courts, dispute resolution bodies, regulators, auditors, and any party appointed or requested by applicable regulators to carry out investigations or audits of our activities.

Cross-Border Data Transfer

Children
Our websites and online services are not directed at children. Our locally developed treatments have been featured in American Spa Magazine, Day Spa Magazine, and Pulse Magazine. These treatments are available to you at any of our three beautiful locations along the Wasatch Front.
Reservations
- All guests must check out with our reception staff before leaving. Failing to do so will result in your card on file being charged with an addition of a 20% gratuity for your service provider(s).
To hold a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate. We will not charge your card unless you miss your appointment per our cancellation policy.
Cancellations
Life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, out of courtesy to our guests & staff, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled treatment and 48 hours for packages and group functions. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card or gift certificate used to secure the appointment in the absence of adequate notice. A no-show will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Expectant Mothers
For your safety, we do not perform any Bath or Body Rituals that use extra heat or steam on expectant mothers.
Underage Policy
- In order to ensure a safe, relaxing environment for all of our guests, we ask that our clients abide by the following policies:
For the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, children under the age of 10 are not permitted to accompany an adult during service or to the meditation room and must be accompanied with another adult while in our reception area. - Anyone under the age of 18 receiving services must have a parent or guardian sign a Parental Consent Form prior to receiving services.
- All guests must keep all conversations to a whisper, as not to disrupt our other clients.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuities based on 18 and 22% of the regular treatment price are customary, but we always respect your tipping decisions. All groups and packages will have an automatic 20% gratuity added at checkout, gratuity based off full menu price.
Return and Refund Policy
- Services: We want you to love your service. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact our Spa Directors to discuss your experience.
- Products: Retail products must be returned for in-store credit only within 90-days of purchase and no more than ¼ of the product has been used.
- Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable. You are welcome to use them at any of our locations and they never expire.
Accepted Payments
- We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Sego Lily Gift Cards.
We DO NOT accept checks or Spa Finder Gift Cards.
Intake Forms
To save time and make the most of your visit, we encourage you to fill out intake forms before you arrive. Please print and fill out the form(s) that apply to your service(s) and bring them to the front desk staff upon arrival.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes before your appointment. This will provide enough time to fill out any needed paperwork and change into a robe and slippers provided prior to your treatment. Arriving late deprives you of your valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next client.
Cell Phones
We want to create an atmosphere that allows all our guests to escape from the world outside. In consideration of others, please refrain from talking on your cell phone inside the spa. All cell phones must be in silent mode or turned off and placed in the provided locker.
Valuables
We cannot be responsible for any valuables brought into the spa, even those left in our lockers. We recommend that you keep your valuables with you at all times or leave them at home.
Medical Conditions and Allergies
When scheduling your treatment, please let us know if you have any physical ailments, medical conditions, or allergies. Our practitioners should also be notified if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or any other medical condition. Our staff will personalize your treatment to meet any special needs or accommodations you may require. We cannot work on clients with open wounds, abrasions, or other skin conditions. If you have any questions about a spa treatment and your health, please consult a doctor.

Dress for your comfort, upon arrival you will receive a luxurious robe and sandals for your use while relaxing in our meditation room prior to your treatment. Our Service Providers are well trained in draping techniques to ensure your comfort and modesty during treatments.
If I’m late, what happens? Do you cancel my appointment?
Arriving late cuts down on your valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next client. For waxing treatments (other than an eyebrow wax/tweeze), we are usually able to accommodate an arrival of up to five minutes late, and will complete the service as much as possible with the allotted time that is left. For all other services, for arrivals up to 15 minutes after the appointment start time, the service will be accommodated as much as possible with the time that is left. We will always accommodate as much of the appointment time as your late arrival allows.
I’m curious about getting a peel
Peels can have a transformative effect on your skin, but need the right preparation. If you are interested in receiving a peel, please call to set up your initial skin analysis/consultation with one of our licensed skin care professionals prior to reserving a time for your peel. This analysis will ensure whether or not you are a candidate for the peel process. **Advanced peels must be booked at least 2 weeks after any facial or waxing treatment.
Do you offer any discounts?
