Sego Lily Spa is proud to instill the intrinsic life-restoring beauty of the Sego Lily flower into our vision. Our treatments represent the powerful union of deep, soulful relaxation and the healing powers of touch.
Revered as sacred in Native American legend, the Sego Lily–Utah’s modern state flower–thrives in the arid deserts of Utah. The Sego Lily’s edible bulb was a welcome, life-giving respite to early Utah pioneers and ancient Native Americans.
Our locally developed treatments have been featured in American Spa Magazine, Day Spa Magazine, and Pulse Magazine. These treatments are available to you at any of our three beautiful locations along the Wasatch Front.

Medical Esthetics
Sego Lily offers highly advanced and effective Medical Esthetic treatments that include Morpheus8 (Microneedling with Radio Frequency), Lumecca (IPL), Diolaze (Laser Hair Removal), and Hydrafacial Syndeo.
Layton
Our first location opened in October of 2000. The Layton Sego Lily Spa features:
- Eleven private treatment rooms with massage tables
- Couple’s massage rooms
- Hydrotherapy
- Vichy Swiss shower
- Baths for soaking rituals
- Facial rooms
- Private steam showers in treatment rooms
- A luxurious pedicure room that accommodates up to 6 patients
- Well-appointed men’s and women’s locker rooms
- An entire retail area

Midvale
Our second location opened in September 2005. The Midvale Sego Lily is on the border of Sandy and Midvale near Fort Union Blvd, featuring fifteen private treatment rooms with massage tables, three couple’s massage rooms, hydrotherapy, Vichy Swiss shower, oversized baths for soaking rituals, facial rooms, private steam showers in treatment rooms, a luxurious pedicure room that accommodates up to 8 patients, well-appointed men’s and women’s locker rooms that include a men’s and women’s steam room, and a women’s dry-sauna. An oversized ultra-relaxing meditation area with a double-sided fireplace and floor-to-ceiling water walls is perfect for relaxing before and after your services while enjoying some tea and snacks.
Bountiful
Our third location opened in the summer of 2014 with a different feeling and ambiance than our other two locations featuring cooler, more modern, relaxing tones. Our Bountiful Spa features nine private treatment rooms including two couples rooms, facial rooms, oversized baths for soaking rituals, private steam showers in treatment rooms, and a pedicure room with our exquisite Pedicure thrones to accommodate a party of up to six. Enjoy steam services either before or after your service in each of our well-appointed men’s and women’s locker rooms. After changing into your robe and sandals, relax and unwind in front of the fireplace while waiting for your services in our beautiful meditation room.
